Academy Program: U19 Competitive Football in Stockholm
The FC Nordljus Academy is for players aged 16 to 19 who want to compete at a high level. We train three times a week and compete in U19 Division 1 in Stockholm. The focus is on developing complete footballers, not just results.
Who the Academy is for
This program suits players who are serious about improving. You want structured sessions, honest feedback, and real match experience. You are ready to commit to a full training week. Previous club experience helps but is not required.
What you train
Each session has a clear theme. Coaches build sessions around positioning, transitions, set pieces, and one-on-one duels. You will review footage, set personal targets, and track progress across the season. Training is direct and challenging.

Where we train
Academy sessions take place at Nacka IP and Åkeshov BP in Stockholm. Both venues have full-size pitches with floodlights. Most sessions run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
The season
The competitive season runs from April through October. Pre-season starts in February. We play in U19 Division 1 and take part in cup competitions. Off-season includes conditioning work and optional individual coaching.
Pathway after the Academy
Players who develop well can move into the senior squad. The senior team competes in Division 7 Herrar. Several current senior players came through the Academy. This is a real pathway, not a promise.
We also connect high-performing players with mentors who have professional contacts in Swedish football. This is part of our PlayerVO partnership.
What it costs
Academy fees cover coaching, match registration, and kit contribution. Contact us directly for the current season fee. We do not want cost to stop talented players from joining. Talk to us if you need support.
